Skin tags or acrochordons, are very common, benign, fleshy papules occurring in the skin folds.

 Skin tags are uncommon before the age of 30 but common thereafter. They are soft, fleshy, non-tender, but may become inflamed with friction. |
 Skin tags are tiny, brown or skin-colored, oval excrescences attached by a short, broad to narrow stalk. |
 Skin tags become elevated with time, and eventually become polypoid and protrude from a narrow base.

 As a result of their location, skin tags may become irritated by friction, jewelry or clothing. |
皮膚結節 (一種良性表皮小贅疣)
皮贅（skin tag）是一種有蒂的良性腫瘤，又稱軟縴維瘤（soft fibroma）屬縴維組織增生的贅生物。常見于中年或老年，尢以更年期後婦女多見，也可于妊娠期。皮贅不是皮膚癌癥也不會轉變成皮膚癌。
皮贅需要與軟痣和神經縴維瘤區分開，軟痣與皮贅在外觀上很難區分，但通過病理檢查即可分別開。
