Fotona QX Max 屬雙頻式 Q-Switched Nd-YAG 分段式激光美容儀，包括 1064nm 及 532nm 長波頻制式，以及 Short Pulse 短波頻制式，以提供 3-in-1 功能，一部儀器 3 項功能，同時功能亦全面提升。

首先，1064nm 波段有效擊散位於細胞以外、真皮層以內的黑色素，有效改善深層色斑及荷爾蒙斑，達到亮白去黃效果；此波段更可配合黑碳粉作激光療程，以提供深層清潔功效 : 熱能刺激表皮層及真皮層的細胞，令老死的表皮層脫落，同時將堵塞毛囊的污垢排出，對治療暗瘡、粗大毛孔及過盛油脂分泌，功效顯著，讓肌膚更幼滑細緻。此外，待微炭粒滲入毛孔後，激光與毛孔內的黑碳粉接觸時，所產生的光學熱能，能使皮脂腺即時收縮，並一併清除毛孔內之角質及污垢，藉此收細皮膚毛孔。此波段亦有效改善頑固的黑眼圈，活化眼部微循環血管，明顯減退黑色素，讓雙眼回復神采。
